Mandatory Agreement

A lease agreement is mandatory before the delivery of every item.

Security Deposit

Two months' rent shall be charged as a refundable security deposit at the time of execution of the agreement.

Rent Payment

The rent for the furniture and appliances shall be paid in advance within the 5th day of every month.

Late Payment Penalty

If the customer fails to pay within the stipulated time, the customer shall be bound to pay a late fee of Rs. 50/- per day.

Damage Assessment

The Owner (LESSOR) shall have the full discretionary power to calculate the price of the item in case of any serious damage caused by the LESSEE while using the items, and the LESSEE will be charged for the damages caused.

Electronic Damages

In case of serious damages to electronic appliances, the damage charge shall be equally borne by the LESSOR and LESSEE.

Maintenance & Faults

In case of any fault with furniture or electric appliances delivered, the issue shall be resolved within three working days by the LESSOR.

Apartment Owner Declaration

The owner of the apartment must give a declaration/confirmation mail if the LESSEE cancels the agreement with the landlord without informing the LESSOR. This is mandatory for the smooth recovery of all delivered items.

Logistics Charges

Transportation and labour charges are applicable based on the distance. Delivery, return carrying charges, and labour charges apply.

Lock-in Period

A minimum lock-in period of 3 (Three) calendar months is mandatory from the date of the agreement.

Booking Amount

The booking amount shall be deposited before signing the Lease agreement.

Deposit Refund

After the 11 (Eleven) month period is over, the security deposit shall be refunded within 7 (Seven) working days from the date of return of the items. In failure to refund, the lessee will have every right to recover.

Agreement Commencement

The Agreement shall commence from the first day of the month.

Notice Period for Returns:

In case of returning the hired items, the LESSOR shall be given one month's notice in advance by the LESSEE.

Failure to Provide Notice

If the LESSEE fails to give one month's prior notice to the LESSOR, then one month's rent shall be chargeable as a full month's rent.

Unauthorized Relocation

If the LESSEE leaves the apartment along with the rented furniture and appliances without informing the LESSOR, the LESSOR shall have full liberty to initiate strict legal actions against the LESSEE. The LESSOR must be informed before any change of address.

Relocation Approval

The LESSOR shall have the liberty to decide whether the leased items will be delivered to a new address in case of a change of address during the active agreement period.

Holidays

No items shall be delivered or returned on Sundays and National Holidays.

Agreement & Notary Fees

The LESSEE shall bear the agreement and notary charges to the tune of Rs. 300/-, payable at the time of depositing the booking amount.

Witness Signature

At the time of taking delivery of the hired items, the agreement must be signed by the LESSEE in the presence of one witness. The full postal address and signature of the witness must be mentioned in the agreement.

Return of Signed Document

The agreement should be duly signed and returned to the agents of the LESSOR after the delivery of the items.

Digital Copy

The soft copy of the signed agreement shall be delivered to the LESSEE'S email within 5 to 6 working days after notarization from the Court.

Cancellation Policy:

If the order is cancelled on a particular date, there will be a deduction to the tune of 30% of the total order value, and the rest shall be refunded within the next seven working days.

Collection Charges

If the customer fails to pay the monthly rent and the vendor must send personnel to the customer's house for collection, the customer shall be bound to pay an additional Rs. 500/- for each and every day this occurs.
